Verse 3: pretty much the same as the other two. At least the chords are
the same.

I think the ending chord is Am, but I hear a high string which isn't on my
guitar.... to get that high effect you can play instead an Am7 (x02213)

AND:

If you can't get that damn capo on the 11th fret of your accoustic guitar
you can play the song an octave lower with the capo on the 4th fret and
the using the following chords:

Riff: Em
Verses: Em, Am, B
Chorus: E, Am, G, C, F, B

For the picking: it's pretty much the same, jus go one string lower, for
